It doesn’t always have to happen on a screen; sometimes it’s as hands-on as shaping wood with the right chisel. Often the simplest way to guide someone isn’t with instructions at all, but by shaping the design so it feels intuitive, like a dovetail joint that just clicks into place.

The most relatable part is that mistakes tend to turn into highlights that give the final piece a better story.
