Sign In and Scheduling
The staff can use their company emails to sign in to the application via a web app. Emails will be setup directly by organization and management will have access to promotional scheduling. Scheduling promos is as simple as picking a date and deciding what type of promo. The account will have a set type of promos offered created by the admin, but they can still make custom ones in real time.

Promo Management
As a promo is running the floor staff needs to be able to quickly and easily manage the current hands. They will have access via their tablets or their computers at the main desk. Dealers will have a bluetooth button, under the table, to notify staff of high hand winners. As a new hand is put in the displays are updated to show the new hand to beat. If there is no promo in place the staff will see the time for the next one, at any time management can manually add a promo.

Reports and Settings
Clients can analyze how effective and profitable their promos are as well as audit all payouts. These features make the analysis that much easier to ensure the promos are timed right and low and high are set appropriately. In the settings they can customize their color palette and logo, as well as manage all users. Specific roles can be assigned to each user, keeping their responsibilities locked down for compliance/tracking.

Display
Working with players who have traveled the world playing poker tournaments, we designed a display based on their feedback. The timer is the main focus until a high hand is called and then that becomes the focal point. When a no promo is active, the display advertises the next one or the poker room itself.

Internal
To make onboarding new casinos or poker rooms easier, we built a higher level system to manage the accounts. Everything from the branding, color palette, and users can be added to get the poker room or casino started.

Projected Impact
Conclusion
YJackpot delivers a modern, user-friendly system that enhances poker room operations while elevating the player experience. With intuitive controls, automation, and high-impact visuals, it creates a unified ecosystem for managing and showcasing promotions in real time. We presented this to a few local casinos before the startup eventually ran out of funding.
